As an Operations Program Manager / Process Architect , your job is to own and/or drive the health, improvement, measurement, compliance, and automation of processes and tools used by our stakeholders, customers and partners on a daily basis. You have deep passion for excellence in data, business process design and high-quality execution. You love the challenge of solving big, bold problems. You have helicopter thinking (big picture) but have an ability to go to ground level details. You are a meticulous process designer, knowing how to instrument processes and ensure quality in design, long before getting to launch.

You will own relationships with various Business, Operations and Engineering groups to understand existing processes and systems while driving improvements to the same. You will lead and support definition of future/optimized process model requirements and measurable high-quality design with stakeholders across multiple functional areas and alongside your peer group of process professionals. You will be accountable for the effectiveness of your processes and / or functional domain and have deep understanding of the performance of your area in market and within the competitive landscape.

Data is an important part of our team’s decision-making process. In this role, you will

also drive the strategy & execution of business insights to enable data driven decisions for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for high quality Process Optimization and Instrumentation – Process Management of all facets of concept through design to release and execution.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and analyzes them for efficiency (waste, complexity, cost), effectiveness (achieves desired outcome), and quality.

  • Clearly and effectively communicate findings and makes recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify root causes of problems and demonstrates the ability to provide recommendations for practical solutions.

  • Develop business analytics and insights strategic & tactical recommendations.

  • Drive process-related insights & improvements: working across functional teams, define, create and maintain key operational metrics and dashboards aligned with org strategy that enable proactive management and monitoring of performance and forecasting.

  • Partner with global BI teams to stay current and leverage new data points and data delivery tools; drive awareness of data availability and build best practice sharing.

  • Detail oriented with experience in identifying an issue, investigating, developing a solution, implementing change and monitoring the results.

  • Ability to drive a project end to end from kick-off to delivery with quality.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter with a strong passion for using data to influence business decisions and strategy investments

  • Ability to plan, organize and execute work while driving clarity and collaborating across boundaries

  • Strong program management experience and analytical and organizational skills

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.

  • 5+ years of demonstrated Process Management, Program Management, Capability or Project Management experience.

  • Experience in Operations, Sales, Business, Program Management, Product Management, Project Management or Process Management / Optimization

  • At least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least 2 years to focus on caring for a loved one

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in and collaborating with professionals in compliance-related domains such as anti-corruption, trade, fraud, human rights or cybersecurity

  • Experience managing projects and programs, leading change management, and driving successful product releases or program launches, end to end in matrixed organizations

  • Ability to identify and implement industry best practices to improve existing processes; demonstrable achievement within a results-driven, ambiguous and dynamic environment

  • Proven impact and influence skills - ability to work broadly across disparate groups to gain agreement on direction, integrate disparate opinions into cohesive strategy/message and present/defend recommendations

  • Experience analyzing ongoing business operations, identifying trends, and taking action

  • Strong end to end thinking with process orientation; ability to develop enterprise-wide solutions.

  • Ability to operate successfully in an agile environment (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban); experience translating expressed business needs into actionable requirement artifacts and specification documentation

  • Process Management Certification is a plus (e.g. Business Process Management (BPM), Lean Six Sigma)
