Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Project Manager to provide end-to-end support of the Communities of MCB Program Management Office including but not limited to rhythm of the business support and execution, project management, stakeholder communications, meeting scheduling, event scheduling, as well as continuous improvement efforts.Summary:The Office of the Chief Marketing Officer has a Program Management Office (PMO) that provides strategic oversight for 6 employee-led organizations under an umbrella called Communities of Marketing and Consumer Business (CoMCB). CoMCBs give MCB employees a safe place to build community, connect and grow. Show up authentically. Activate an inclusive workplace culture. And most of all, to belong.Responsibilities:
Support strong relationships with clients, other stakeholders and colleagues by working in a collaborative, inclusive, human-centered and service-oriented way
Provide operations support to help run the rhythm of CoMCBs; Update program calendar ensure program participant information is correct in program documentation, draft select communications and meeting summaries, send meeting requests for PMO-driven meetings (I.e. Quarterly SteerCo. reviews, monthly CoMCB co-chair meetings, Annual Fiscal Planning Meeting, etc.)
Manage communications channels (SharePoint pages, Teams channels, internal websites, email distribution lists, video repositories, etc.) to help participants and stakeholders engage with the program in a clear and consistent way
Support PMO Director in building and maintaining a campaign to drive people to the Teams site to share information and resources and build community
Creating a posting cadence for a variety of things to share information, spark conversation and/or learning
Researching & collecting items for sharing
Building out an editorial calendar
Support the measurement of initiative performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
PMI or PMP certification preferred
5-7 years of experience required
Strong Program Management, Project Management, Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
End-to-end systems thinker
Knowledge in and/or personal experience with community building and diversity and inclusion efforts
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
