Non-IT Program Manager BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Non-IT Program Manager (Contractor) for Work opportunity supporting Redmond, WA (Fully Remote Work) Position Title: Non-IT Program Manager Location: Redmond, WA (Fully Remote Work) Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Expected Duration: 3 + Months Contract Job Type: Contract Pay: $60.00-$65.00 on w2 only Overview * The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities between Microsoft's security engineers and customers and partners that engage directly in providing product feedback. Summary * Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is managing data platform, automation and operations for programs and communities. * Key projects: This role will contribute to private and public facing customer communities that connect Microsoft customers with engineers in order to gather feedback that aid product development. * Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 40% meetings, 40% process execution, and 20% project work. * Work in cooperation with wider team to coordinate and run calls and events between security engineering teams and customers and partners. * Run processes with high quality such as developing post event/call reports and posting documentation/videos to appropriate repositories. * Work with wider team to innovate our processes and procedures to constantly improve our capacity and quality of deliverables. * Insure key internal and external customers have a great experience. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * Minimum 2-4 years experience with Microsoft Office. * Minimum 2-4 years experience with Microsoft Teams.
