About the role

As a key member of the Move Delivery Team within the CBRE Microsoft Account, the Moves Sr Lead Coordinator manages all sizes of move projects on the Puget Sound campus. Responsibilities encompass logistics coordination, project tracking, cost management, vendor engagement, team leadership, customer service, policy creation, training, continuous improvement, problem-solving, program participation, and PM coverage.

What You’ll Do:

Manage all Move related project scope, schedule and compliance with direct impact on team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert for program project tracking, tools, and job costs. Ensure the full delivery team follows customer requirements, internal policies and procedures, and external legal requirements.

Lead oversight on highly sophisticated project documentation preparation, inclusive of vendor performance. Maintain and lead regular rhythm of business, complete checklist of tasks and relocation databases and review for inconsistencies; inclusive of externally developed innovation efforts.

Review billing accuracy and applications related to projects or assigned teams and clients for metric accuracy and program improvements.

Resolve and troubleshoot intensified project commitments, trending operational improvements and growth as continuous improvement.

Train cross-functional, collaborative collaborators and new project support team, inclusive of client, on project policies, administration, and governance.

Develop, deliver and approve communication plans for moves including newsletters, move instructions, welcome packages, etc.

Provide on-site move supervision with support teams as required or needed.

Provide outstanding internal and external customer service. Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in the work area without supervisory approval. Evaluate and select solutions from established options. Follow standardized procedures and practices with regular but moderate supervision and mentorship.

Act as the point of contact for Move team communication in syncs (DFM Sync, Ex. report, B34 activity, and weekly move updates). Maintain weekly SOP notes and reporting calendars and all subsequent scheduling.

Provide comprehensive team support and training by guiding the team through the move process, modeling CBRE RISE values, and driving process improvements. Lead by example, build consensus, and solve sophisticated problems to achieve team objectives. Act as a go-to administrator for project tracking systems, and onboarding.

Provide comprehensive Moves Project Manager coverage, excluding supervisory responsibilities.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of solid experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive attitude.

  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum hourly amount for the position is $30.04 /hr and the maximum hourly amount for the position is $40.00/hr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
