We are offering an employment opportunity for a Specialist in Marketing - Communications The incumbent will work closely with our marketing team, managing various marketing collateral for the US, EMEA, and Canada. This role will require an understanding of advertising/marketing communications materials and their effective representation of our products, services, and brands to customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the production of diverse marketing collateral across various regions.

• Utilize Adobe Workfront to plan, monitor and deliver projects in a timely manner.

• Represent our products, services, and brands effectively to our customer base and prospective clients.

• Make informed decisions based on previous experience and industry practices.

• Liaise with respective stakeholders to ensure collateral aligns with company standards and objectives.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Practical knowledge gained through experience in a marketing role, ideally in a project management capacity.

• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts in marketing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project management software

• Ability to make judgment calls based on practice and previous experience.

• Superior organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
