Job Description: Title: Marketing Manager Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months (Potential chances for extension) Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented assistant to support our Lead Product Marketing Manager in driving the Secure Productivity and Cloud Endpoints solution plays on behalf of the wider PMM organization. The successful candidate will coordinate efforts across teams, manage projects and communications, and help ensure the smooth execution of product marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to the Lead Product Marketing Manager. * Assist in the execution of Modern Work solution play marketing strategies across various channels, including field and partner communications, events, webinars, websites, and social media. * Assist in the development and refinement of marketing materials and presentations. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, feedback, and data to inform product marketing decisions. * Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure all aspects of the solution plays are executed on schedule. * Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. * Serve as a liaison between the Lead Product Marketing Manager and internal teams, vendors, and partners to maintain alignment and drive collaboration. * Qualifications: * Experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on B2B sales and enterprise-level interactions. * Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud management technologies is a plus. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 5 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: PMP preferred but not required. * Disqualifiers: * Overly detailed resumes that might indicate an inability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. * Resumes that are too long or overly detailed could be a red flag, suggesting a preference for candidates who can balance detail orientation with action orientation. * Candidates who are overly technical and focused on tinkering rather than executing and producing results.
