Lake Washington School District Maintenance Manager in Redmond, Washington
he Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of all school district facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and implementing facility improvement projects. The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in creating a safe and conducive learning environment for students, staff, and visitors. Lake Washington District consists of 56 schools covering seventy-six square miles in Kirkland, Redmond, and about half of Sammamish. The position reports to the Director of Maintenance & Operations. Please see attached job description for additional details. SALARY: Salary range for this position is $153,010 to $156,133per year, 261 days. This is an exempt position. Full benefit package included. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibilities in management and oversight of maintenance operations.
- Experience working in K-12 facilities or other governmental organization environment preferred.
Experience with managing CMMS or Work order management systems.
