BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Leadership Program Developer/Facilitator Professional Job for an opportunity at Redmond, WA Onsite of 5 days/week! Position Title: Leadership Program Developer/Facilitator Location: Redmond, WA Onsite of 5 days/week Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: Contract of 03-06 Months (Hours per Week: 40) and possibility of extension Job Type: Contract and Onsite Pay Range: $60 - $62/hr. on w2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: * We are looking for an experienced training program developer and facilitator to work with. * with clients to design and develop leadership development programs. We need someone to plan and facilitate leadership development sessions including workshops and team meetings. * Design/Development Ability to assess immediate and long-term needs related to organizational leadership, strategically focusing on developing capabilities in influence, executing action, inspiring others. * collaborating, providing vision and direction, showing commercial acumen, driving change, innovating, and building capability for competitive advantage Coordinate with client Leadership. * Solution and strategy developers, ensuring sessions include proper content, specialized to the organizations wants and needs. * Develops facilitation materials as needed, specific to client needs. * Program Facilitation Present leadership content in a compelling, articulate, and easy to understand manner to business executives. * Create a stable environment with executives and other senior leadership talent executives to focus their future success in the organization. * Provide one on one coaching as part of a leadership development program. * Debrief assessment results with groups, teams, or individuals Train internal contacts within client organization to facilitate a Train-the-Trainer experience. * Program Manager who can manage the multi-country roll-out plan, collaborate across countries, understand, and anticipate risks and quality issues. * Work with global and in-country teams and drive the team towards success. * Should have good communication and leadership skills. * On-site requirement 5x per week in Redmond, WA.
