About the Role:

The Furniture and Warehouse Team of CBRE is currently seeking an Inventory Analyst in Redmond, WA. This is an onsite position in Redmond, WA. This position will ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of the inventory data and processes in the warehouse.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of the inventory data and processes in the warehouse

  • Perform regular audits, inspections, and reconciliations of the inventory records and physical counts, using various tools and methods, such as barcode scanners, RFID tags, spreadsheets, and software applications

  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies, errors, or issues in the inventory data and processes, such as missing, damaged, expired, or excess products, incorrect or incomplete information, or non-compliance with policies and regulations

  • Report and escalate any significant or recurring inventory problems, risks, or opportunities to relevant stakeholders

  • Implement best practices and improvements in the inventory data and processes, such as standardizing procedures, updating documentation, training warehouse staff, enhancing security, and optimizing storage and layout

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as warehouse operations, purchasing, finance, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination of inventory activities and objectives

  • Provide accurate and timely inventory reports and analysis to support decision making and planning

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the inventory management field and recommend appropriate changes or innovations

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in inventory management principles, practices, and systems, such as inventory control, cycle counting, inventory valuation, inventory optimization, and inventory software

  • Experience in various inventory tools and methods, such as barcode scanners, RFID tags, spreadsheets, and software applications

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Physical ability to lift, move, and count inventory items, as well as to work in a warehouse environment

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

CBRE Carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this Inventory Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
