Intern – IT Platform Engineer
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Work with Nintendo’s IT team on infrastructure to include technical analysis, design and system development using appropriate technologies to support department and company objectives
Contribute to the team that installs and supports system deployments, system patching upgrading and system troubleshooting.
Provide configuration of servers and operating systems, assessment of functional or technical solutions and creation of test scenarios and analysis.
Public-Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI); design, deployment, optimize, and automate accounts and services.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Freshmen to graduating seniors enrolled in accredited college or university
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Development Operations or related field
Experience with Linux (Oracle/Redhat preferred)
Familiar with infrastructure automation and scripting skills (Ansible, Python, Chef, PowerShell, Java script, Ruby, Perl or other similar tools)
Experience in various system development technologies, patterns and practices
Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts (networking, storage and system interactions)
Legally authorized to work in the United States
