We are in search of a highly skilled Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Redmond, Washington. As an integral part of our organization, the HR Manager will take on a broad range of responsibilities covering all facets of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations. The role is crucial in fostering a conducive work environment that balances employee needs with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including proactive hiring and conducting interviews

• Manage and administer employee benefits, ensuring smooth open enrollment processes

• Handle all employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment

• Serve as the go-to resource for all HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to employees

• Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and best practices

• Oversee the administration of our Human Resources Management System, ensuring accurate employee data and records

• Manage all aspects of compensation administration, ensuring fair and competitive pay structures

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and growth

• Foster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and high performance.

• Keep abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of human resources, implementing relevant practices to support organizational growth and employee development.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Benefit Functions, including development, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs.

• Proven expertise in Compensation Administration, including the ability to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation strategies.

• Solid understanding of Compliance within the HR function, ensuring all HR policies and procedures adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.

• Experience in Employee Relations, including the ability to manage conflict, conduct investigations, and resolve complaints or disputes.

• Proficiency in using Human Resources Management System (HRMS) for maintaining employee records, generating reports, and managing HR processes.

• Extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including managing HR services and programs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the HR department.
