A large tech company in Redmond is looking to add a Business Administrator to their team
Our team is looking for a Business Administrator who has excellent organization and communication skills combined with a great positive attitude and strong initiative. To succeed in this role, you must be able to multi-task and proactively anticipate the needs of a large organization. This position is responsible for providing administrative team support across various smaller teams, partnering with a team of admins across the division. This position offers a variety of primary administrative functions.
Responsibilities: the ideal candidate must be able to maintain a cool and focused persona while being able to accommodate different work styles. You will be expected to demonstrate sound and consistent judgment, make timely decisions in relatively complex situations, and prioritize among multiple projects. The right candidate will have strong planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Key priorities include but are not limited to: anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, tact, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions. Procurement of office supplies and equipment for team and new hires. Manage seating maps and support individual and group seating requests depending on construction timeline currently underway. Partner with support staff across the organization to ensure consistent experiences.

• 1-3 years of demonstrated work experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
