Financial Analyst BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst for a remote opportunity! Position Title: Financial Analyst Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Job Description: Title: Financial Advisor Consultant / Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 3 Months (Potential chances for extension) Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 2 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: N/A * Disqualifiers: N/A * Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain: * Can speak/read Spanish - want to look into them doing light marketing project management support for Spanish speaking countries, if not at first, then over time. * Basic to intermediate project management: tracking work items, monitoring and reporting progress. * Stakeholder management. Knowing how to work with different types of roles from marketing specialists, marketing managers, procurement and finance people. * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). * Working knowledge of SharePoint/TEAMS * Familiarity with marketing tactics and content types is a plus * Fluent Spanish speaker is preferred as our team works WW and this role might be supporting Spanish speaking countries. * The ideal person would be a finance person by trade but who has worked with sales and marketing teams. Intermediate to advanced Excel (good at pivot tables, formulas, linking spreadsheets, building reports, doing analysis and managing PowerBI dashboards). Understanding of financial accounting processes (such as management of invoices and accruals). Understanding of WW finance concepts (constant dollars, FX rates) * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * Minimum 2 years' experience with Excel (good at pivot tables, formulas (v-lookups), linking spreadsheets, building reports, doing analysis and managing PowerBI dashboards) * Minimum 2 years' experience with Using Power BI for analysis * Minimum 2 years' experience with Sharepoint Vendor Job Description: * This person will work with a account team managing a large worldwide marketing investment budget. * his role requires the ability to own the budget management, analysis and reporting, and will interact directly with both internal stakeholders as well as with the hardware partner stakeholders. It will be helpful if the person has some familiarity working with marketing teams given that this is a marketing program budget and all of the spend is related to marketing programs and execution. * Remote work is okay. * The person needs to be able to work independently, be organized and have polished verbal and written communication skills.
