----Job Description---- Financial Advisor Consultant / Analyst BCforward is currently a Financial Advisor Consultant / Analyst in Redmond, WA 98052-REMOTE Position Title: Financial Advisor Consultant / Analyst Location: Redmond, WA 98052 Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 3 months - 6 months with chances of extension Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=20 HRS WEEKLY)] [CONTRACT], [REMOTE] Pay Range:[$40/hr] - [$45/hr] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Daily Schedule & OT estimate: 20 hours a week, M-F, standard core hours. NO OT Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience: * Minimum 2-3 years Experience with a SAP. * Minimum 2-3 years experience with Invoicing management and completion. * Minimum 2-3 years experience with Mercury. Typical Day in the Role Purpose of the Team: The team program delivery team is responsible for everything from initial contract definition and negotiation through ensuring that as they are delivering the product and that they are meeting all of the contractual obligations. Along with creating sales orders, delivery orders and invoicing for the product once it is delivered. Key projects: This role is looking at Develop Delivery Orders in SAP.- weekly and bi weekly basis, Develop invoices per US GOV templates/requirements, Partner with MS Fed to oversee invoice submission and payment, Manage internal team budget leveraging data from Mercury and RIM, Oversee and maintain all elements of financials from customer contract, and Completes tasks with limited supervision. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience required for the role. * Degrees or certifications required: There are no specific degrees or certifications required for the role. * Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would have prior similar experience to the current role, be able to take a set of requirements and put them into action, limited hand holding, previous government contracting or systems knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills- clearly articulate the expectations, and ask questions if needed. * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, feedback from the team.
