Microsoft’s Consumer Copilot Finance team is at the forefront of our consumer strategy, focusing on the strategic direction of Consumer AI and partnering with business development to drive growth. The team works closely with marketing, engineering, and corporate strategy as well to define market opportunities, build long-range strategic plans, and analyze the competitive landscape.
We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to help develop key metrics and analyze emerging business trends that will help drive execution against our consumer Copilot strategy. We are looking for someone who is willing to jump in and help build out these reporting capabilities and rhythms in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate should exhibit curiosity, be a fast learner, and have a passion for understanding consumer business models, drivers, and products. Responsibilities
Build financial and usage reporting for consumer Copilot
Partner with engineering and marketing to set targets and forecasts for user growth and monetization
Establish rhythms with business partners to review performance
Help the team make informed, data-driven, decisions to enhance execution
Support ad hoc strategic and business planning projects as they arise

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience.
This role does require you to be onsite 3-4 days a week.
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.
