The Business Planning & Analytics team is the center of excellence for creating the offerings players love and enabling data-driven product development for the Xbox platform. The functions include Business Planning, all aspects of business modeling and analytics, and product ownership of Xbox Rewards. We run these functions for Xbox and in many cases the full Gaming organization. We work collaborating with stakeholders across the Xbox platform to maximize business results and take a holistic approach to product and business model evolution. We also operate programs focused on driving business growth that span across all of Xbox, most notably our subscription service Game Pass, our device and store plans, and our Xbox Rewards program. All are key to attracting, engaging, and retaining our players. They enable us to compete for their share of time and wallet as our players face an increasing number of choices for where and how to game. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Business Administrator to join this team. This role will support the General Manager of Xbox Business Planning and GM of Xbox Business Analytics GM and Teams.

Responsibilities

· Provides strategic calendar management and time planning support of General Manager of Xbox Business Planning and GM of Xbox Business Analytics GM and Teams

· Builds and leverages cross-organization networks to enable their team and leader's work. Serves as a liaison between executives and teams.

· Facilitates team experience activities - facilitates internal and external recruitment efforts, provides support for intern and university recruitment, lands onboarding activities, provides support to new employees, vendors, and interns, lands and manages headcount management activities including transfers/departures, reporting, offboarding, and transactions within headcount management tools, works in partnership with Finance and team members to provide up-to-date headcount figures.

· Owns the coordination, logistics, and direction for events.

· Leads by example and serves as a role model to Business Support colleagues by maintaining a professional attitude, demonstrating executive presence, influencing others, and encouraging self-reflection during challenging situations.

· Great at balancing multiple projects end-to-end with varying deadlines, while maintaining executional and operational excellence within the business and across business groups as applicable.

· Participates in discretionary budget tracking (e.g., morale, hardware, supplies) and reporting (may include software licenses).

· Understands and helps to implement rhythm of business (ROB) in line with recognized patterns, and proactively takes action on business cadence.

· Maintains and manages up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces (e.g., office locations/desk assignments, private conference rooms, seasonally transitional spaces, remote/location status).

· Manages travel arrangements (e.g., accommodations, transportation, security, group codes) for manager(s) and/or group.

· Procure goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, vendor services and PO management.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

· 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)

· OR equivalent experience.

· 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.

· 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).

· Proven, outstanding written and oral communication skills.

· Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work well under pressure and within short time constraints.

· Ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, maintain confidentiality of information.

· Ability to pay close attention to detail and able to monitor complex plans and schedules and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turn around.

· Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including Outlook, Word and Excel.

· Preferable knowledge in internal applications including Employee Central, HR Insights Catalog, iCIMS, HeadTrax, MSExpense2, MyOrder, IDWeb, MS Space, and Cytric travel.

Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 - $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 - $55.67 per hour.
