Executive Administrative Assistant 3 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant 3 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA- Hybrid! Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 3 Location: Redmond, WA-Hybrid Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 12 Months(Highly Possibility for extension) Job Type: [CONTRACT [Hybrid] Pay Range:[$35] - [$42] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirement: 1. Minimum 5+ years experience with previous calendar management experience 2. Minimum 5+ years experience with working in a fast-paced environment 3. Minimum 5+ years' experience with Working with executives Summary: * The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Commerce Customer Enablement . A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office. Job Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain a complex calendar daily to ensure accurate scheduling and organization * Make decisions on behalf of LT/Leadership members to ensure meeting requests meet agreed upon time management priorities and performance objectives * Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics * Coordinate scheduling and logistics of team meetings, All-Hands, events and offsites, including venue selection, meeting details, and material preparation * Provide team support, including headcount management, budget, morale events, DL management, and other tasks/projects * Track budgets and manage expenses in a compliant and timely manner * Manage space coordination with direction from the Lead Executive Administrator * Be self-motivated, have effective communication and interpersonal skills, exercising sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism always * Possess an aptitude to work independently and be comfortable operating with ambiguity * Multi-task and change direction in rapid response to a fluctuating work environment, and make timely decisions * Achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail * Develop collaborative relationships with others who have a diverse set of working styles and perspectives * Be an active member of the admin team * Build and maintain good business relationships with administrative staff both internally and externally Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Ability to keep information organized and confidential. * Basic mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
