Job Description

Coordinate with mechanical engineers, reliability engineers, tooling engineering and manufacturing engineers for the hardware product development

Manage the external vendor for the engineering build

Manage the BOM, material ordering, inventory tracking and logistics.

Coordinate with TPMs to write the weekly or monthly reports

Assist the leadership team in the documenting and communicating

Maintain a centralized slide deck of hardware and experience demos.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor Degree at minimum in engineering or related majors

3+ years of Project Management/Project Coordination experience

Proficient in slide and video editing

Experience developing hardware devices - preferably AR/VR or similar

Experience writing reports and communicating findings to executives

Experience hosting seminars and organizing demos Experience with hardware or software development

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong XFN and coordination skills

Strong interpersonal skills to work with different levels of management

Experience with shipping products

Experience with vendor engagement null
