Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for defining and implementing manufacturing and test processes for Satellite PCBA sub-systems. You will be a key member of the development team and will be the main interface among the internal engineering and operations teams as well as our manufacturing partners. Develop test strategy, implement and optimize test setup/processes at the Contract Manufacturing sites including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment, and diagnostic software. Work with the Design and Manufacturing teams to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges by enforcing DFM and DFT principles. Identify and report product failures to manufacturing and quality teams. Train operators on the process and support recurring certification programs. Record, analyze, and report process metrics to predict and mitigate process failures. Root cause process failures and implement corrective actions. Manage configuration changes and enforce configuration control throughout the process.
