As Diversity & Inclusion Solutions Program Manager , you are at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge solutions that foster a culture of diversity and inclusion across Microsoft. You leverage your industry expertise and best practices to create and deliver global, scalable, and integrated solutions that align with our One Microsoft vision. You are adept at identifying patterns and trends across multiple projects, solutions, and initiatives, as well as benchmarking against industry standards, to design and drive the adoption of transformative solutions that impact the entire ecosystem. You partner with leadership teams, Human Resources (HR), and business units to understand their needs, priorities, and readiness, and influence them to embrace and support the solutions. You use data and insights to inform Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy design, ensure alignment with business goals, and take full ownership and accountability for the outcomes of the solutions.

You cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g., Learning and Development, Communications, Business Insights, Training Operations) and vendors to ensure alignment and integration of solutions and deliver on D&I objectives. You analyze various data sources, identify insights and recommendations, and communicate them effectively. You manage vendor relationships, including requirements, administration, onboarding, and engagement, ensuring clarity and understanding of expectations. You plan and execute your own projects and oversee budget management for solutions.

  • Supports the implementation of solutions that foster diversity and inclusionby assessing business needs and researching best practices.

  • Coordinates and manages full life cycle planning and execution for multiple projects, including timelines, project budget, and resource allocation.

  • Identifiesand tracks metrics, performs data analyses and interprets results, and provides insights to stakeholders to inform decisions.

  • Collaborates and builds relationships with key partners (e.g., Data Analytics, HR, business) to align solutions with business needs, and advises and promotes diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Facilitates the consumption and awareness of Microsoft’s diversity & inclusion solutions by developing go-to market strategy, tools and materials across a variety of modalities (e.g. decks, self-service content).

  • Stays abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field of Diversity & Inclusion to assess the effectiveness of on-going efforts and identify opportunities for new initiatives, approaches, or programs.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree AND 4+ years of relevant HR or business experience

  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant HR or business experience

  • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification

  • Understanding of adult learning theory

  • Learning solution design

Diversity & Inclusion IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
