We're seeking an exceptional Director of Sales for the East to spearhead our growth initiatives across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets - Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers across the Northeast, Great Lakes, Bluegrass, Midwest, and Southern Regions - Cultivate relationships with top-tier clients and drive new business acquisition - Collaborate closely with the SVP of Global Sales & Major Accounts The Ideal Candidate: - 7+ years of outside sales experience in packaging - 3+ years managing field sales representatives - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field - Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite This role offers: - Opportunity to make a significant impact on company growth - Extensive travel (up to 70%) to engage with clients and team members - Competitive compensation package (Base salary + commission) If you're ready to take your sales leadership career to the next level in a dynamic industry, we want to hear from you.
