Nintendo America Inc Digital Operations Coordinator in Redmond, Washington

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Coordinates and registers digital software for the Nintendo eShop across all NOA territories and Latin American off-device commerce sites Supports projects, digital games and Nintendo News releases, and digital download code delivery to internal teams and partners Registers, tests, and releases weekly software launches and updates Works with project team to update and optimize the content management systems Works with partner teams to ensure timely release of new titles, updates and download codes Tests and verifies new tool integrations and updates Report and track operation tool bugs Proofreads copy, confirms specifications and registers digital content Identifies and resolves digital distribution issues Supports continuous process improvement activities to optimize systems and increase productivity Supports initiatives such as Nintendo News, download codes, and price promotions SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS One to three years of related experience Strong communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines Experience with execution of complex programs and projects Support projects and tasks in a variety of cross-functional areas Experience with workflow process improvement (identification and solutions) Acute attention to detail Excellent PC Skills Experience with project management tools a plus (Jira, Redmine) Video Games industry experience a plus E-commerce experience a plus Japanese language fluency a plus Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
