ManpowerGroup Data Quality Analyst in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Data Quality Analytics team supporting various product and program initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Conduct reviews of annotations to determine the quality and importance of data.
Become a subject matter expert and thought leader on your workflow.
Author, update, and own guidelines that produce the highest quality data.
Identify errors and trends and report to stakeholders on analysis/findings.
Leverage policies, subject matter expertise, and intuition to troubleshoot complex issues.
What's Needed?
Ability to follow instructions and guidelines in a detail-oriented fashion.
Great communication and collaboration skills with prior experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize issues while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
Understanding of foundational Statistics principles.
