ManpowerGroup Customer Success Program Manager in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a leader in technology services, is seeking a Customer Success Program Manager to join their team. As a Customer Success Program Manager, you will be part of the Customer Success Services (CSS) supporting the Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Customer Success Program Manager
100% Remote, 18 Month Contract
$50-$52 per hour + Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, 401K Saving options, PTO & weekly pay!
What's the Job?
Assist CSAs in the field by taking on administrative tasks to allow more time with customers.
Support customer success account managers associated with support contracts.
Contribute to the automation of services through AI and copilot technologies.
Engage in meetings and collaborative sessions to drive project success.
Monitor and report on service efficiency using tools like Power BI and Excel.
What's Needed?
Minimum 4 years of experience with Change Management frameworks, particularly the PROSCI ADKAR model.
At least 4 years of experience with Training and Enablement methods and tools.
4 years of experience in Operations Management and Continuous Improvement methods.
Strong ability to define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Experience leading large presentations and meetings is preferred.
