ManpowerGroup Coordinator 2 in Redmond, Washington

Title: Coordinator 2

Location: HYBRID in Redmond, WA (Onsite presence in Redmond required 3+ days per week)

Duration: 2 Months (It may extend after the budget approval)

Rate Range: $25 to $28/hr. on W2.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

    1. Proficiency in Excel (nice to have Visio and PowerBI experience) – 2+ YOE
    1. Communication Skills (business writing skills) – 2+ YOE
    1. Administrative Experience – 2+ YOE

Description of work:

  • Compiling data from multiple sources into a singular complete and accurate data set or utilizing that information to prepare comm elements.

  • Track & report the status of open construction projects / open requests.

  • Process raw data into an output report that can be shared to space leads.

  • Maintain up-to-date allocation maps and accurate data records for space usage/owners.

  • Perform building walks to identify areas where improvements or support requests are needed.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Analytical skills to interpret, consolidate, and ensure data accuracy.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Excel, with some experience in Visio and Power BI.

• Ability to stay organized, be flexible in response to changing priorities, and proactive in finding ways to support others when time permits.

• Handles sensitive information appropriately and maintains absolute confidentiality.

• Demonstrated assertiveness with the ability to stand firm in a respectful and professional manner.
