A Redmond based company is searching for a full-time Contracts Administrator to support their team. You will play a pivotal role in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts, as well as managing the contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in the negotiation of various contracts such as sales agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Managing the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal or termination, including contract tracking, execution, and filing.

• Building relationships with various teams to expedite agreements, drive continuous process improvement, and keep abreast of priorities.

• Providing strategic guidance on agreement negotiations to all internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensuring that contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

• Coordinating with legal counsel and other stakeholders to address legal and compliance issues.

• Identifying and assessing risks associated with contract terms and conditions, and working with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and negotiate favorable terms.

• Maintaining an organized repository of contracts and related documents.

• Reviewing contracts and redlining as per requirements.

Requirements

3+ YOE handling drafting and redlining of contracts

Negotiation experience a plus but not required (willing to train)

Ability to commute to Redmond, WA multiple times a week
