DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Assists in departmental budget planning and monthly reconciliation of spends and projections

  • Responsible for submitting purchase requisitions for NOA Marketing department

  • Communicates with internal Nintendo departments, vendors and external contacts regarding purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices.

  • Communicates with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancy issues

  • Assists in submission and tracking of legal and financial action memos

  • Responsible for department inventory tracking - deploys, and tracks inventory

  • Assists with space planning for department

  • Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed

  • Provides back-up Administrative support for the department.

SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum two years of related accounting and/or procurement experience

  • Experience working with online tools and systems, with Oracle Tools being highly preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with emphasis on Microsoft Excel

  • Effective communication skills: ability to ask probing questions, listening to learn and reading/adjusting communication approach based on the audience and situation

  • Ability to manage details and competing priorities

  • Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry a plus but not required

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, or a related field
