Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Contract Compliance Program Manager to join their team. As a Contract Compliance Program Manager, you will be part of the Devices Partner Sales organization supporting various teams across the globe. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Contract Compliance Program Manager

100% Remote, PST Hours

18 month contract

$32-$35/hour + Benefit options

What's the Job?

  • Manage documentation reviews and approvals for contracts, amendments, and business letters.

  • Ensure compliance adherence and tracking for all documentation submitted.

  • Collaborate with licensing to understand custom terms and language in renewal contracts.

  • Participate in weekly deal review meetings to maintain visibility of newly submitted deals.

  • Conduct data analysis and consolidation in Excel to support decision-making processes.

What's Needed?

  • 2+ years of experience in reviewing contracts and contract agreements.

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.

  • Prior experience working in Microsoft roles is required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
