Job Description

Our client is looking for a Construction Site Contracts Manager, preferably in Cheyenne, WY, to assist with contracts management for new data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in procurement and contract administration, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction processes, terminology and industry best practices.

Skills and Requirements

-Contracts management experience including, but not limited to, RFX (RFP, RFQ, RFI ...), change orders, strategy, risk management, negotiations.

-Experience with OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) equipment including inspections and appropriate sign offs

-Experience with construction including working directly with general contractors

-Experience identifying risks and roadblocks to contract execution/compliance and ability to drive action internally and/or externally to resolve and/or escalate as appropriate

-Experience creating weekly status reports, issues and risks to stakeholders

-Contract management software/ERP systems experience such as Ariba/SAP/Cisco -Data Center experience

-Preferably local to Cheyenne, WY null
