We are looking for a collaborative, data-driven leader with a bias for action. Someone who can bring together stakeholders across organizations to transform our Service Offers to Partners and make a difference in our business.

About the Job

In this role, you will lead end-to-end Program Strategy, Execution, and Analytics for our Service Offers to Partners. You will partner with multiple teams and ensure delivery of key business programs with operational excellence.


• Lead a team of outsourced Data Analysts to manage and translate data insights that guide our business decisions.

• Build and define Program requirements working with Finance, Operations, Business Planning, Global Partner Programs, and Engineering teams.

• Evaluate investment options and recommend decisions to generate growth and operational efficiency across our Service Offers based.

• Define and drive execution milestones and accelerate delivery of cross-functional programs with operational excellence.

• Collaborate with our central and regional teams to understand their business needs and ensure new capabilities and features land with our Partners and Field teams.


Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience leading, executing, and scaling programs with a diverse scope across organizations.

• Strong analytical and strategic skills with experience using data models to test theories and success metrics.

• Experience managing data analysis and business intelligence to build strategy and program requirements.

• Ability to work in dynamic cross-functional environments, navigate ambiguity, and bring clarity and structure.

• Strong executive stakeholder management and experience with executive conversations.

• Excellent collaboration, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Domain expertise in Partner Services Management and / or Service Offers Development.

• Understanding of the cloud industry, technologies, and competitive landscape.

• Intermediate SQL and Power BI skills for use in hands-on analysis.

• Experience in Strategy & Operations or Consulting roles.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Partner & Channel programs.

• MS Sales, GPSMart, and/or UDPMart Microsoft systems.

For Colorado Based Applicants: The salary range for this role is from $125,000 - $187,700.

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
