Our client, a multinational technology corporation headquartered in the Pacific NW, is seeking a skilled Business Manager to support Leadership in driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and cross-organizational communication. This role involves working closely with Executive Teams to manage the rhythm of business activities and ensure the successful execution of business priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience helping stand up a senior executive office including creating new processes and organizational structures and be someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment which will align successfully with this organization.

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Remote (must be local to Redmond, WA for occasional onsite meetings)

Pay Range: $50-55/HR on Experis W2

$50-58/hour

What’s the Job?

  • The team purpose is responsible for the business planning function for a key gaming console product. This includes running the VP's office, managing key work priorities, and handling cross-organizational priorities.

  • This role will contribute to prioritization, administration on behalf of the VP, and executing tasks such as setting up the initial organization, defining and running the rhythm of the business, and managing cross-leadership communication.

  • Supporting individual teams within the organization by managing meetings and preparing materials for those meetings.

  • Providing project management support and driving SharePoint organization, document retention, and access control.

  • Tracking overall team prioritization and action items.

What’s Needed?

  1. 8-10 years of business communications experience , preferably in executive settings.

  2. Experience in business operations and strategic planning in fast-paced environments.

  3. Proficiency in managing cross-organizational communication and ensuring team alignment.

  4. Strong project management skills , including SharePoint organization and document control.

  5. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
