Position Title: Business Analyst 3 Location: Redmond, WA, 98052 as Hybrid remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 02 months. Job Type: Contract and Hybrid Pay Range:$40 - $42/hr. Top 3 Hard Skills Required: 1. Minimum 3 years' experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting 2. Minimum 3 experience with Budget, staffing, and invoice management 3. Minimum 3 years' experience with Rhythm of business cycle management and reporting Responsibilities: * Business, Finance, & Product Support: * Manage rhythm of business reporting for products and studio, such as monthly business reviews. * Prepare forecasting cycle decks and reporting. * Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, investment, and performance decisions. * Analyze product performance data to drive improvements in player experience, engagement, or monetization. * Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, performance, and marketing, to align business strategies with creative vision. * Perform ad hoc finance and business requests. * Royalty & Revenue Support: * Handle inbound and outbound invoicing and tracking. * Manage revenue invoicing in collaboration with finance. * Support studio royalty management. Minimum Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, business management, finance, or a related field. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights. * Proficient in data analysis tools and software. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
