Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking a skilled Business Administrator to provide support to the GM of the Global Energy and Renewables Acquisition team within the Infrastructure Planning and Acquisition organization.

This role will take on a variety of tasks while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate for this role will have effective organizational and communication skills, be able to proactively anticipate needs and shift priorities quickly. Candidates should be effective in driving for results and possess a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management

  • Travel logistics and expense reporting

  • Maintain Team SharePoint and OneNote creation

  • Procurement and management of supplies, hardware, and assets

  • Handling space management for the team

  • Headcount management, post job requisitions, set up/onboard new hires

  • Coordinate other projects as assigned.

  • Offsite and Morale event planning for the organization.

  • Order (and deliver if needed) lunches for meetings

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.

Other Requirements:

These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.

  • Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).

  • Planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication ability both written and verbal.

  • Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.

  • Cross-team collaboration and organizational skills.

  • Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated skill of shifting approach in response to the demands of a changing situation.

Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $23.56 - $41.68 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $34.71 - $48.22 per hour.
