Aerotek Bartender in Redmond, Washington

We are Hiring Bartenders in Redmond, WA !

We are seeking Bartenders to help support various events at the Redmond Campus. The ideal candidate will be polished and have experience in high class event serving.

You will be working two days a week for 10 hours shifts. This can be a recurring position each week but there might be some weeks there is no work needed. This is a great opportunity to pick up some extra shifts.

Job Description :

As an Executive Level Bartender, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our executive clients. You will oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of catering events, ensuring that all aspects meet our high standards of excellence.

Main responsibilities will include :

  • Coordinate and manage catering services for executive events, including corporate meetings, private dinners, and special occasions.

  • Ensure impeccable presentation and service, adhering to company standards and client expectations.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and guests at all times.

  • Handle any special requests or dietary requirements with precision and care.

  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly managed.

  • Train and supervise junior catering staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Pay Rate : $26.75 per hour

Schedule : 2 days a week, mostly on call. Must be flexible on schedule.

Location : Redmond, WA

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a high-end catering or hospitality role.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations with grace.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Must have a valid Washington Food Handler Card.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.75 - $26.75
