The Azure Segment lead for Azure in US Regulated Industries is an exciting role that supports our sales Go-To-Market activity for the growth of Azure (Apps, Infra, Data & AI) in US Regulated Industries (Healthcare, Financial Services, Education and Public Sector.
This role is responsible for enabling seamless field integration of the Azure key plays, marketing campaigns, sales promotions and partner incentives to drive Azure growth in US Regulated Industries. The role represents Azure in the marketplace to ensure that new release features are recognized and understood. This role should be able to articulate the Microsoft Azure and competitive landscape and develop local compete strategies and product differentiation by leveraging corporate and local research, partner insights and customer feedback. The role is responsible for understanding customer needs, competitive knowledge and product expertise to drive the relevant business and marketing planning.
US Marketing & Operations (USM&O) is the ‘Marketing and COO’ function for Microsoft United States (MSUS), also known as the US subsidiary. USM&O executes company strategy and priorities that enable us to achieve our business goals with a focus on B2B customer engagement by developing and executing on go-to-market programs (GTMs), Marketing Campaigns, and a Field Operating Model. Driving a common operating model across the US subsidiary ensures consistent, measurable execution and landing of priorities. Driving alignment with our internal corporate partners in organizations including Product Marketing, Marketing & Consumer Business (MCB), Worldwide Commercial Business (WCB), Engineering, and Field Leadership is also critical to our collective success, as is continuing to listen, learn and respond via rapid feedback loops.
This role focuses on:
Landing sales plays, customer campaigns, marketing activity and partner incentives
Align with key stakeholdersto ensure we have the right systems, tools, and processes in place to enable market delivery and increase share
Voice of the field/customer with respect for new programs/offerings
Driving ACR, Apps Revenue, ADS and ACA
Align investment programs and offerings as required in this segment
Understanding and executing the Cloud Adoption Framework at scale
Collaborate with field Azure leaders to land relevant/unique custom offerings based on market requirements
Experiences Preferred : Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
Experience: 5-7 years related experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
A strong v-team leader with exceptional cross-group collaboration skills
Able to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively from the IT professional audience to through to senior level management and business owners from Microsoft partners.
Strong analytical skills.
Experienced in core marketing communications functions.
Experience in Public Sector, Healthcare, and/or Financial Service is preferred
