Job Title: Attorney

Duration: 11+ months with high possibility of extension

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay rage:$46/hr to $50/hr.

We are looking for an Attorney to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Role Purpose:

Support high-volume U.S. business immigration operations, ensuring legal compliance and quality in daily filings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use U.S. immigration legal knowledge for workflow management and onsite case preparation.

  • Train admins on USCIS filings, document processing, and PERM job postings; assist with admin queries and review work for legal accuracy.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and propose legal process improvements.

  • Perform remote and onsite legal reviews of filings.

  • Address legal questions related to I-9 completion and E-Verify; support complex issue resolution.

  • Train and monitor admins on I-9 reverification.

  • Assist managers with PERM requirements during applicant review.

  • Respond to visa-related inquiries from employees.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in immigration (business or family-based).

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a credible university and bar admission.

  • Skills: High-volume immigration experience, legal research, and document preparation.

Interview process:

1st Round: pre-screen over the phone

2nd Round: 2 other people for 45 minutes each
