Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints and diagrams

• Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.

• Ability to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English.

• Ability to adhere to safety related issues to include, but not limited to good housekeeping and ergonomics practices

• May be required to have workplace organization and follow training procedures

• Attention to detail

• Adhere to safety and Quality standards

• Ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.

• Teamwork – get along with others; work in a diverse setting; participate in getting better as a team, work with cross functional teams, conflict resolution

• Motivation – grow/learn/progress to next level in skills (willingness ability to cross train)

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 30lbs

• standing for 6 hours at one time
