Lucidoc Corporation Administrative Assistant in Redmond, Washington

*Summary: *As an Administrative Assistant, you will work with the Lucidoc team to execute customer requests for document loading and conversion services and help maintain filing of financial and legal documentation. This position also serves as an entry level position for customer support. *Essential Duties & Responsibilities: *Include the following, but other duties may be assigned as become necessary:

  1. Assist new clients with the loading of their governing compliance documentation into Lucidoc.

  2. Use conversion tools to convert documents from their native Word format to HTML.

  3. Edit documents to ensure the original formatting is preserved (lists, tables, and graphics).

  4. Type documents provided by customer in formats other than MS Word that cannot easily be converted to HTML. (Examples include images, paper documents.)

  5. Quality check document conversion services performed by other team members.

  6. Assist with application configuration (new or changes)

  7. Enter data into spreadsheets to import into the Accreditation Manager on customer's behalf.

  8. Test feature enhancements and provide feedback to the product development team.

  9. Prompt, responsive, responsible and friendly approach to customer problems.

  10. Ability to rapidly gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Lucidoc's compliance software.

  11. Answer and transfer calls to Lucidoc team members.

  12. Perform general clerical duties as needed, such as scanning, filing, photocopying, and collating.

  2. *Computer Skills: *To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of general office software applications. To excel in this job, an individual should have indepth knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; portable document formats (PDF); hyper text mark up language (HTML).

Part-time 9:30AM-2:30PM  Non-remote position.
