Administrative Assistant BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Admin Assistant opportunity in Redmond, WA. Requirements: Job Description: Title: Admin Assistant Location: Redmond, WA (3 Days a week onsite) Duration: 2 Months Job Description: * The Customer Experience (CX) team builds the services that power and transform marketing, retail, commerce, consulting services and customer support. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Administrator to join CX to support two Partner Directors and their teams. * The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking, a collaborator, and have excellent communication, organizational and people skills. They will also have the ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize while multi-tasking, deal with ambiguity and have an aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. They will perform a variety of complex administrative functions all while keeping a good balance of supporting their teams and being a significant part of the larger CX administrative team. Responsibilities * Manage calendars with strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to priorities and commitments. * Team support that includes acting as a central point of contact for the team. * Manage procurement of goods and services including computer equipment and peripherals while staying with allotted budget. * Headcount transactions - maintaining NTE accuracy, requisition management, PCN updates. * End to end set-up of new hires * Coordination of travel, reconcile expenses, manage distribution lists and facility requests. * Space management and coordination of team moves. * Coordinate team morale events and offsites. * Partner with Lead Executive Assistant and Business Manager of the team. Qualifications and Skills * Minimum of 5+ years administrative experience in a challenging environment in an office/team setting. * Demonstrate proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. * Balanced skill profile including diligence, problem solving, organization, and time management. * Excellent written and verbal communications skills. * Ability to accommodate varying work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups. * Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a "can-do" attitude. * High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 5 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on feedback received from the team and the number of mistake made once they are ramped up.
