Administrative Assistant BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant opportunity in Redmond, WA! Job Description: Title: Admin Assistant Location: Redmond, WA Duration: 11 Months (Potential chances for extension) Job Summary: * In office 5 days a week * Assist Lead EA with day-to-day exec office on site operations. * Manage Centralized shipping for local team * Storage room maintenance/inventory * Org Distribution List Maintenance * Develops a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy and acts as an information resource to the business group. * Partner with Lead Space planner managing space for CO+I organization. * Centralized facilities requests - Maintain building interior * Team support - Exec office local team * Directly resolves customer requests and hosts business guests. * Coordinate lunches for meetings and offsites * Birthday cards for LT Admins and LT members * Back up onsite support for admins when needed * Intern support during intern season * Participate in GIVE Campaign v-team Job Description: Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: no degree is required to be eligible for this role. Business Administration degrees preferred. * Disqualifiers: Candidates with frequent job hoping will not be eligible for the role. The team is looking for someone who would be interested in an FTE position. * Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain a background in supporting a CVP in an executive office, and experience with supporting a large organization. The right candidate will have the ability to work in a fast pace environment and can manage a heavy workload. * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work.
