ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant 3 in Redmond, Washington
Location: Redmond, Washington
Role Type: On-Site (5 days a week)
Duration: Long-term with potential for extension
Bill Rate: $30 - $35 hourly on W2
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, standard core hours
Equipment Provided: Microsoft will supply a laptop, mouse, and headset.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant 3 to support a dynamic team working on cutting-edge technology, including projects with the U.S. Military. This high-profile role involves managing schedules, coordinating events, handling administrative budgets, and providing operational support to ensure the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate the schedules of up to two managers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Team Support:
Oversee administrative tasks for a team of 100 engineers, product managers, and art and design professionals.
Plan morale events, manage catering orders, and facilitate hardware refresh processes.
Manage team aliases and assist with headcount planning and budget tracking.
Event Coordination: Handle logistics for meetings, events, and demos.
Budget Management: Review and manage administrative budgets for events, travel, morale, and training.
Special Projects: Execute special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in administrative, business support, or customer service roles with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events and travel management.
1+ year(s) of experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Strong calendar management experience (minimum 3 years ).
Security Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements. This includes passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous military experience or a background in high-profile environments is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
