We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our on-site team in Redmond, WA. In this role, you will be tasked with supporting our Accounting Department, with a particular focus on the processing and tracking of customer payments and account activities.

Responsibilities:

• Managing progress billings using various billing portals

• Handling lien releases related to billings from contractors and vendors

• Recording cash receipts and wire entries

• Reviewing contracts to capture billing information

• Setting up jobs and processing change orders

• Using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Applying knowledge of the construction industry and liens

• Performing account reconciliation and managing accounts receivable

• Conducting billing, cash applications, and cash collections

• Providing support to the Accounting Department through filing and other tasks.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 + bonus.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Extensive experience in Billing and Cash Applications

• Demonstrated skills in Cash Collections and Commercial Collections

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

• Experience with Oracle and SAP software

• Knowledge of Construction Industry and Liens is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

• Relevant certification or professional development in accounts receivable or related field is a plus.
