Kforce Account Technology Specialist in Redmond, Washington
Kforce is looking for an Account Technology Specialist for an enterprise client in Redmond, WA. Responsibiities:
The Account Technology Specialist delivers programs throughout client using a variety of modes, including classroom and web formats
Facilitates interactive modules as needed; Provides input to content improvement as needed
Suggests alternative modes of delivery when applicable; Adapts style to audience as needed
Provides technical guidance to customers by acting as trusted technical advisors for broad and complex issues with specific large, diverse, and complex accounts
The Account Technology Specialist will be providing technical leadership with the chief information officer (CIO) and IT infrastructure decision makers to extend sales with customer technical architecture and applications, and leading the development of the technical strategies or plans to achieve customer and company objectives
3 years of experience of deployment of M365 Security/Defender
3 years of experience with enterprise customers
3 years of experience with Client Management technologies (SCCM or Intune)
Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work proactively with internal customers and team members
Proven ability to contribute new ideas and approaches for improvement is required
A strong working knowledge of personal computer applications and Microsoft products is required
Excellent communication skills required
Experience in developing and delivering adult learning programs required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
