Tidal Vision Office Administrator in Raymond, Washington

*REPORTS TO: Sourcing and Logistics Manager *

*STATUS: non-exempt/hourly *

*SALARY RANGE: $21.00-$23.00/hr based on interview outcome and overall qualifications *

LOCATION: Raymond, WA onsite

The Office Clerk will support a variety of functions in a fast paced office setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a high attention to detail.

Essential job functions include:

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Data entry
  • Inventory control (including purchasing)
  • Collaboration with vendors
  • General administrative duties including: new hire onboarding, answering phones, confidential paperwork handling, filing, etc.
  • DOT Administrative duties including: drug testing scheduling (Foley) and compiling quarterly IFTA reporting (Motive)

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience working in an administrative support role or related experience
  • Must be highly organized and have high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years' experience with QuickBooks
  • 1-3 years' experience with accounts payable and receivable
  • 1-3 years' experience in purchasing
  • 1-3 years' experience in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
