This is a position with grade 16 This position reports to Service Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. The work model for the role is: remote #LIremote This role is contributing to the electrification division. You will be mainly accountable for: Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points. Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform. Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers. Qualifications for the role You highly skilled in 3 phase electrical work Ability to demonstrate your experience in customer service and working in a customer facing role as jobs will be completed at customer facilities Possess an enhanced knowledge of UPS Systems and PDU systems You are at ease communicating in English You are able to United States without VISA/work permit More about us ABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
