As a Construction Superintendent at Sellen, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You\'ll manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, inspiring them to achieve their best work. A communicator who can keep everyone on the same page. You\'ll work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed according to plans and specifications. Someone who takes pride in their work. You understand the importance of attention to detail, and know how to ensure projects are completed in compliance with relevant codes and regulations. People new to this job typically start between \$137,500 to \$162,000, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications. The bonus target for this role is 10% of annual base earnings.
