The senior producer will maintain, strengthen and grow relationships with clients through management of small to large projects, constant communication and exceptional planning and organization. The producer is the liaison between VML and our suppliers throughout the entire production process, from the award date until the production is delivered to the client. The producer is the channel of communication that helps to interpret the needs of the client into specific goals that can be achieved by our internal or external resources. What you'll do: The senior producer will plan, schedule, put bids together, source talent/put a crew together and control specific project activities toward defined objectives and adhere to defined production requirements. On set, the senior producer facilitates communication between the agency and our suppliers and vendors. Overall, the producer maintains project processes, which allows for increased efficiency and usability of resources. The senior producer is responsible for leading the development of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and at the highest level of quality. What you'll need: Minimum 5 years' experience working in house at a production company and/or Advertising agency Confidence in contributing to creative development and unique production executions Experience negotiating and putting bids together and sourcing talent Excellent oral and written and communication skills Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment Superb problem-solving skills Able to apply critical and strategic thinking Stress-tolerant, quick-thinking and accurate Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player Flexibility, initiative, dedication and the ability to work with minimal supervision Willingness to travel A sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident and resourceful A skilled, creative, confident presenter and negotiator Website or link to reel of completed work required What we offer: Passionate, driven people| We champion a culture of people that do extraordinary work.
