POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Overview:
As an Overnight Waste Hauler, your primary responsibilities will be to transport various types of liquid wastes from our temporary holding tanks to various disposal facilities to be processed. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient waste transportation, while adhering to all DOT requirements and maintaining strong customer service.
Essential Functions
- - Safely operate waste transport vehicles, ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations and requirements

``` - - Transport different types of liquid wastes from temporary holding tanks to designated disposal facilities

``` - - Maintain strong customer service skills when interacting with clients and addressing their needs

``` - - Complete all required documentation accurately and in compliance with company procedures

``` - - Adhere to proper waste disposal protocols and follow company guidelines for waste handling

``` - - Perform basic computer tasks as required
```{=html}
``` - - Perform pumping and cleaning of septic tanks and grease traps as directed, troubleshooting and repairing septic systems when necessary

``` - - Assist in locating and digging up tanks when required; this physically demanding aspect is integral to the role

``` - - Take on miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills
- - Excellent communication skills

``` - - Basic computer skills
Education and Experience
- - Valid CDL Class A (Required)

``` - - Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience
```{=html}
``` - - Tanker endorsement before day 1 of employment (Required)

``` - - Clean driving record
Working Environment:
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job including:
