Inventory Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage and organize incoming and outgoing parts for our precision metal machining company. The ideal candidate will handle inventory control, shipping, and receiving, and support the assembly process by preparing and stocking parts.
Responsibilities
Clear incoming parts shelf
Close finished parts plannings
Stock finished parts
Pull finished parts for shipping
Maintain inventory levels
Assist with other stores clerk kit jobs for assembly
Essential Skills
Experience in shipping and receiving
Proficiency in inventory control
Ability to lift boxes
Knowledge of ERP systems
Forklift operation
Material handling
Experience with RF scanners
Work Environment
Work in a clean machine shop located in the Sumner/Puyallup area with a growing team of around 46 employees. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm or 6:00am to 4:30pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Puyallup, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
