As a Test Engineering Technician, you will oversee projects, provide technical support to customers, and work in a state-of-the-art test facility. This vital role helps ensure products align with national and international regulatory standards. As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day might include the following: Perform product functional testing on protection and control equipment. Establish an understanding of functional testing methods to ensure compliance with customer and market requirements. Analyze test system reliability, capacity, and utilization. Research new test capabilities and make recommendations for improvements based on analysis and research. Communicate with customers and engineering teams to determine needs, establish project priorities, and provide progress updates. Identify, establish, and manage projects to address company-level functional testing improvement opportunities. This job might be for you if you have: A.S. in electronics or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. Two or more years in a laboratory or testing environment. Experience performing functional tests on protection and control equipment. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level.
